40 Days to Better Living, Day 18, Leaving the Comfort Zone:
Faith Life:
Yes I have felt called to leave my comfort zone. I felt that God walked with me. And I never regreted it, it always ends up working out for the better.
Medical:
Prepare for medical emergencies
Movement:
Build upper body strength
Work:
Today as I work try to remember to keep my head up and my shoulders back and relaxed.
Emotional:
Prepare for a day that I feel overwhelmed: A bible verse at hand, and someone I can call.
Family and Friends:
Go for a walk with a friend or fam. member and try to go further and quicker as I walk than I usually do.
Nutrition:
Analize my eating habits. I need to leave behind unhealthy habits that I have been comfortable with for a long time. Be mindful of portion sizes, and what I typically consume: is it healthy?

40 Days to Better Living, day 16, Grace:
Faith Life:
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matt. 19:26
I dont feel like things are imposible(but when I picture me having to try to do it, then I do think it looks impossible)But I have experienced setbacks, and I know thats because I was relying on myself. Go for a walk and grant myself some grace and God grants grace to us all.
Medical:
Rest is as important as any other healthy thing we must do. Today, rest.
Movement:
Do some stretching today for 10 min
Work:
bring in healthy snacks to work
Emotional:
Take a walk and let go of the things that make me feel overwhelmed
Family and Friends:
For family dinner time make a healthy balanced meal that contains mostly veggies
Nutrition:
Dont deprive myself of the foods I love. Enjoy a sensible treat.

...Yesterday, I took a short walk with the kids and tried to notice the different things of nature. And I took an other quick little break to read a devo. It felt like a balanced day.
