It's been a great week so far. I have stuck to my calorie intake with the excfeption of going over 8 calories last night. I hit the gym at lunch for a 30min workout today and yesterday.
I ran 20mins yesterday and walked 20mins too. I am running a 5k road race this weekend. Feeling good.

I seemed to be extremely tired last week. I just couldn't get the motivation to get on board with the walking when I knew I was doing a race Saturday. Of course this is no excuse. Hopefully the motivation will last all week long this go round. I did however lose a pound so I'm pretty pumped about that.

Well I didn't work out at all yesterday. I was sore and tired and felt my body needed a break. I do plan on walking/running a little this evening. I have a scavanger hunt/ road race tomorrow that I am looking forward to participating. My diet has been pretty good. Hopefully Monday weigh in will prove to be a good one.

ran for 20mins yesterday and also walked for 20mins yesterday. i drank at least 64ounces of water and stuck within my reccommended calories. hopefully this week will turn out better than last week. I also hit the gym for a 20 min weight training session at lunch.

Oh no! I don't know what happened to my weight. I did stray for my calorie count this weekend but did great during the week. i ended up gaining a pound. hopefully it's just water retention. i am extremely dissappointed in the weigh in this week. hopefully next week will bring better results. I went to the gym as ususal on my lunch break for a quick 20 minute work out and plan on running for at least 20 mins this evening pushing my little girl in her stroller. day 15 or journal recordings, calorie counting and weighing in.
