I ran yesterday for 2 miles pushing my little girl then walked for 10mins. I also hit the gym for 20 mins on my lunch break. I'm working 16 hours today so i only hit the treadmill for a 20 min 2 mile run at lunch. still sticking to my calorie intake and hopefully will see great results like last week. day 11 of healthy eating and logging calories

ran for 20 mins yesterday and then walked for 10 pushing my little girl in the stroller. drank plenty of water (at least 3 48oz tumblers) thru out the day. day 9 is feeling pretty good. I hit the gym again at lunch for a quick 20 mins workout and plan of running 2 miles or 20 mins with my little girl again today.

Whoop Whoop! Down 2 pounds from last Monday! I'm so excited. I haven't logged in journal all weekend but I did get an hour of cardio in on the bike Friday and I sweat to the music Saturday cleaning the entire house! I went over on calories yesterday for Easter, but not by too much! I'm just excited I lost some weight the first week. I did make it to the gym today at lunch to get a workout in and plan on hitting the cardio at home on the treadmill if it rains. Day 8 with slim fast and eating heatlhy.

Hit the gym and got some weight training in. I'm a little sore, so I took it easy on the cardio and just walked 20 mins when i got home. Still doing good on my calorie intake (haven't went over RDI). day 4 is all good!

Still going strong. Had a great 30min. treadmill workout last night with intervals of running/jogging. Hit the gym at lunch for a quick 20 min. intervral resistance workout today. I swapped up my lunch and dinner today. I ate my bulk calories for lunch and plan on having a slim fast shake for dinner. I'm telling myself this is a way to curb my cravings and still keep me on track. Besides, I won't have to cook myself something totally different than the rest of the family. Feeling good and staying on track (day 3). Hopefully I can get another 30min. treadmill cardio in this evening as well.
