Well this weekend was a tough one, actually it Started at Lunch on Friday. I have so many different things going on in my life and I am letting them take me over! So this weekend was a self reflection time, I had a long in depth COnversation with my boyfried that really helped with US, I had a long talk with my 7 year old about his behavior and we start counseling on Tuesday because I have run out of options for him (some of it is just typical 7 year old boy stuff, but he needs someone to talk to - - So Do I!) I also didn't work out this weekend, I mean don't get me wrong I cleaned from floor to ceiling the entire downstairs of my house so I wasn't a lazy bumb, lol but My actual workout I didn't complete. I also didn't record food at all after Saturday morning and when I went back and entered them this morning, I was very suprised that I still did well!! Which means I have faith in myself that I am able to do this!!!! I am making healthier choices without even thinking about it =)

Well I haven't felt so great this week. I don't know if I am finally starting to just get exhausted or maybe coming down with a bug. Regardless I have still been working out, But my eating hasn't been a little "off" to what it has been. I haven't felt like cooking, but I have still remained under my RDI so I wasn't too suprised when there wasn't much of a loss... BUT IT IS STILL A LOSS so I was Happy about that. Also my water intake hasn't been as well as what it has been the last few weeks, I need to get out of this rut before the holidays.

Tomorrow I have a potluck for a lady that is retiring and I know everyone is bringing in so many delicious and supper fatty and full of calories so I want to bring in something that I will be able to eat without worrying about getting seconds.... Anyone.... anyone have an easy, delicious idea?!?!

Well yesterday was a horrible day!!! I have so many positive things going on in my life right now like I actually amd GOING back to school and I have an amzing boyfriend (most of the time lol) and My son is improving in school and my family is doing great!! But so many other things that are stopping me also, from school because of my lack of paying bills when I was younger my financial aid was just pulled so I ower for last semester!!! My bosses are constantly pushing me to the point where I just want to walk out, we invent positions for new people as if they are needed, they make 2-3 times more than I do, do half the work, get a fancy title and a company car and this entire time I haven't had a raise in over 2 year and they haven't given us back our Vacation Pay that we lost in 09, nor the 401k matching. Now they are trying to get out of paying us Holiday Pay for Christmas and New Years becasue they are Scheduled work day?!?! Ugghhh Seriously... what kind of people do this?!?!?! Oooh... the ones I work for!!! It was to the point where I went home and directly put on my PJs had leftovers for lunch and then at 8 when I put my son to bed I was headed to bed too... and I stopped and said to myself, you know what.... it isn't the end of the world. Get your ass back downstairs and do your workout, so I did!!! Then I called my boyfriend to vent and I felt much better! Although I did learn 2 things yesterday. 1) I need to stop skipping meals (brekafast) 2) My Core strength is ridiculously horrible when doing pushups by back bows down towards the ground which I spend more time concentrtaing on stopping that from hapopening than I do just getting the pushups done and over with!

GO GSP!!!! Waaahoooo!!!! Ok Glad I got to say that! Ok, so I have noticed a trend and that is that my normal weight on Mondays increases but is usually back down by Thursday. I did consume a few delightful beers, so it could be a result of that... BUT... I really do think it is that I do not drink as much water. At work I constantly have something sitting on my desk that I sip and refill all day long, at home I do not. SOooo I started placeing water bottles throughout the house on Sunday and I drank A LOT more! I am not worried about the 1.4 pounds it will come off I will make sure of that. I made a fabulous chicken rice soup on Sunday I didn't have brown rice, and my son won't eat Quinoa but it was still soooo good with regular white rice and I stayed within my calories.

I am very proud of myself for staying with my exercising even through the weekend, I did my workout daily! Along with some shoveling.
