Well Today has been a typical friday... I just had a huge snack craving, just thought it was about time to eat something. SOOOO I drank a glass of water and had a few pretzel stick, which I am still munching on. Tonight I am really REALLY in the mood for Sushi, the Ad keeps popping up on the side and a California Roll MmmmmMmMmMM... anyways. Tonight I am supposed to be doing dinner with my Mom and she already is making a Lasagna, BUT I think I will treat myself to some sushi this weekend. I don't even know why I want it so bad, I have only ever eaten it twice!! Oh well... I will make sure I don't over induldge on the Lasagne because I LOVE ME SOME CARBS haha.... I don't have any real plans this weekend aside form my nephews 1st bday party, but I should be able to maintain. Let's see if I can be in the 100's by Monday?!? If not I won't be disappointed... my weight loss should be coming to a plateau (I know my body)... then I will kick in the exercise and lose then plateau again. Have a great weekend everyone!!!!

ALMOST TO 200!!!! 18 Days into my NEW journey and I have lost 8 pounds in 18 days... which is RATHER fast!! But I think alof of that has to do with ALL the JUNK I would eat seriously ALL DAY LONG!! Snack, snack, snack, snack.... brownies, donuts, cookies, candy it didn't matter what it was! I wasn't even hungry but it was there so why not?! Now that I am NOT snacking I don't even feel like I am depriving myself... if I want something I would eat it but I am so aware now when I go to put something on my plat or pick it up to eat it! Now that I have my Food intake under control... it is time to start in on the exercise portion. Which I am soooo very excited about!!! Last night I spent nearly 2 hours turning my Disaster of a "catchall" garage into a GYM! So Far I have a Gazelle, some workout bands, a step, some free weights, ankle weights and jump ropes. Tonight I am going to pick up a Track Ab Machine that I found on craigslist for $5!! I also found an eliptical on freecycle that the electronics don't work on but I still am trying to get that! I also have a little 13 in TV, and I will take my DVD player and workout videos and I have a CD player, a fan and a small heater..... So SOOOO Excited!! The best part is my son put up his own little "workout" are with his jump rope and his Nerf Basketball hoop also =)

Well Stress at work is REALLY REALLLLY Pushing me to my limit!!! To the point that I am actually looking for other jobs and this is all coming in the midst of my last 5 weeks of school for this semester. The one thing that remains constant in my life is my success towards weight loss. I put on a pair of jeans today that I bought mid-october, they are Levi's size 14/Long. Well I tried them on at the beginning of the month and I did NOT like the way they fit (I didn't try them on when I bought them because I have 4 other exact pairs same size and style). I actually bought 2 pairs this time, one dark wash and one light... the dark ones I barely got buttoned and my best friend took them home with her (even though they were about 6 inches too long!). But Today... I got up and put them on.... thinking they were my other pair (the stretched out ones...) NOPE... THEY ARE MY NEW ONES!! I am sooo excited!! Then I went to get ready and my son was putting the bagels in the toaster and he said "Mom, do you want cream cheese today or no?" He is very much a part of my success!! Last night we cooked dinner together, I ate really good all day and we made homemade veggie soup... well I didn't have much variety but it was what he wanted and its a good thing he likes his veggies because it makes cooking healthy pretty easy. So my 7 year old picked out Corn, Peas, Green Beans, Lima Beans and Brocolli for our soup =) it was soooo yummmmy too!!
