YYYYYYYYYYYeeeeelllllooooowwww (hello) everyone =)
I have reached Yellow, hip hip hoooray (thanks bizzybee)
Today I brought in my leftover Quinoa for lunch, and some Pumpkin Fluff!! Ooooh Sooo good!! My son made all by himself, so rather than folding in the items he Whisked them all, so it is a little runny but still great flavor! MmmmmMmmMmMMmm
I had a good night last night ate a great GREAT meal with my boyfriend and son then relaxed and cuddled up on the couch, It was WELL NEEDED! Especially since I hadn't seen the bf since last Friday and he left on NOT GOOD terms.... glad that's done and over!
Today there are 2 cheese balls and a ton of crackers floating along the office and bowls of popcorn. Maybe I will have some popcorn as an afternoon snack.

OMG!!
So I know obviously my clothes are a little loose since I am losing weight.... but I just went to the restroom and was able to pull my size 16 pants down without unbottoning them!! And they aren't my lower old stretched out 16's, I just bought these a few months ago!
Just thought I would share =)

WOW how the scale works in mysterious ways!! I am so excited!! This is my Lowerst Weight EVER since I CAN REMEMBER!!! It is lower than my weight before on Thanksgiving day of 199. I have been eating the same as before, but even expiremnting a little more, with the greek yogurt and I made the Quinoa Black Bean recipe last night. I am actually finding it difficult to get my total calories in with the food I have been eating?!? My RDI is 1900 I aim for 1600 as an average yet I don't usually make that and barely have been making 1200! I was supposed to work out last night during my sons wrestling practice, but it was an "info" meeting so the parents stayed. My goal is to set a daily schedule.... I am excited for the 10x10x10 challenge I think that will get me in the rythm, also once exams are done next week I will have more time as well. I have started getting up earlier as well, I want to start working out before I shower every morning to start my day off right...
Ohh well Happy Friday's Eve =)
