Hmmm... Well All I can say is I am suprised!! I know it isn't a huge loss but a loss in ded... I have really been slacking off on my working out =( although I think I may be making it up in RUNNING AROUND I have yet to have a day to go home and just RELAX, also I think My sleeping might be a reason for this too!! I run run run go go go from 630am until about 9 at night and the last 3 nights I have totally exhausted myself to the point where by 930 I just pass out. Also a big factor I would say is my alcohol intake I haven't had nearly as much beer as I usually do... not even CLOSE!!!
Well I will do a catchup journal later on when I have a little more time.
Things here at work are horrible... I'll explain later.

Well I hope you all survived the Holiday Season!! ... Still awaiting New Years =)
I was very proud of myself, I did exceptionally well with my food and had NO Alcohol Intake, which is really impressive since my mom gives us all a homemade bottle of wine and apple pie and has wine, and apple pie and tequila and vodka available for all of our favorite drinks before, after and during dinner!!! ;c)
I didn't get everything that I wanted for Christmas, lol but I did get a lot that I am sooo very Thankful for!!! A lot of gifts were from the heart and had meaning, and others were to help me along this new lifestyle I have chosen (except for my food scale - which I will be purchasing today hehehe).
I got to see all my siblings which was WONDERFUL and my entire family on my Mom's side, including my 12 day old cousin Oooohhh BABIES Love them!!!!!
I got my son to believe in Santa for another year =)

So a little itty bitty LOSS... BUT I am Totally OK with that!!! I am so ready for these Holidays BRING it on!!! I have a goal in my head that I don't want to get above... don't get me wrong, I don't want to gain at all...nor do I want to set myself up for failure. SO I have a weights et in my head (195) which I know can be done in ONE day, one MEAL... but my goal is to be conscious about it so IT DOESN'T happen. If it does... well I get my ass back in gear!!
I had my first counseling session with my son on Tuesday, I really think this will help him to learn that he can't act out on his feelings that he has to take into consideration right and wrong.
Well... Got to get to work already, it is going to be a crazy day and I still have to work tomorrow also! Grrr... I won't even get started on that.
