Ooops went over my goal yesterday but it was my anniversary. I am trying to do better today. Doing some holiday baking, sandwich rolls, etc.

Today I am taking a day off. I am celebrating my 34th wedding anniversary with my husband. I will try to stay under my 1800 calories but he did take me out to lunch. Exercise-not today.

Last 2 days I have been teaching so the exercise is down. First day was kindergarten and that is the hardest class to sub for. I have kept my food down. Yesterday I thought I had gone over but when I journaled the food I was OK. yeah. Today exercise at the chicken coop-butchering the old hens and cleaning the coop. Hope to get on the bike this afternoon. Feeling good. Go Calorie Counters we can do it.

Did great on calories yesterday and exercise. Went to town and walked around instead of getting in the car. Over 10,000 steps yesterday on my pedometer. I do get frustrated that the weight comes off so slowly but the good news is my pants are fitting better. I better start saving for a new wardrobe-all I have is "heavy" clothes. Maybe after I get down to 200, I will treat myself. Keep at it Calorie Counters. We can do it.

Okay-so I went over my goal of 1800 yesterday by 101 calories. That sweet tooth got me again but I did get in my 30 minutes on the bike. Just finished my workout on the bike for today-another 30 minutes. By journaling my food, I am focusing on what I eat and staying away from the high calorie items for snack. I am going to start using my Attain Shakes for a meal also and that should help. I am feeling good about the start to this phase of my dieting. 5 pounds down-9 more to go for my first goal. I like setting intermediate goals. I am a list maker so a feeling of success in completing a task is important to me. Keep it up challenge members. We can do it.
