I ate horribly this week. I Saturday was especially bad. However, I've somehow managed to lose 2.2 lbs. Who would have thought? I'm going to get back on the exercise band wagon today. I want to at least do it today, tomorrow, and Thursday.
This train just keeps rolling along.

This week was bad (as detailed in yesterday's post.) However, somehow, I've managed to lose 2.4 pounds. I'll take it!
I've got to get back on the exercise streak. I've told myself "Self, you have to go exercise today." Let's do this!

I haven't exercised in like 5 days. I know I need to, but I'm just having trouble coming up with the motivation. On Friday night ate some non-healthy stuff at a dinner I had to go. Then, on Sunday, I gorged myself on tacos at the local establishment.
However, I weighed myself this morning and I was down 3 pounds. Hopefully this trend will continue. Official weigh in is tomorrow - I hope the weight stays off.

I've finally broken the 20 pound mark. It's been about a month, so that makes me pretty happy. I've been trying (and sometimes inadvertantly so) to shock my metabolism by eating more and then less. Between a bad day on Sunday and a stressful week, I'm pretty pleased with the results this week.

Well folks, this has been a tough week. I started off strong, but I've fallen off the ole exercise band wagon. My room mate was in a minor car accident on Thursday night, which resulted in a late night at the hospital. I ate okay on Friday, other than the Wendy's salad, but today was a disaster. I had to eat from our cafeteria where I work - fried chicken patty, big bun, and tater tots. I did have some green beans too. I loved every minute of it, but I know that it's going to really screw everything up. I was down to 265.4 the other day... only 1.4 pounds from my first real goal of 20 pounds. I hope this weekend didn't kill it for me.
