So im losing, it seems like very little now but none the less its going down so i am positive. Weak night at the gym yesterday cause i was soo tired i only worked out for about 40 minutes but i did work out and get some done. hope to make up for it this weekend tho.

Well i didnt work out yesterday, my boyfriend had a rough day n wanted to go to the bar for a few drinks. Im glad to say that i had a glass of water, with a lemon wedge. I didnt eat any of the greasy yet so delicious onion rings and burger nor did i have any beer. My calorie count was already over so i didnt want to push it. Havent lost much but ill take the half pound. :)

Doing great been really working on my calorie count to watch n not go over and working out 4 to 5 days a week i would like to make it 6 but gotta take it easy n not push it. im surprised at how easy the workout routine has come to me again

Well this weekend was bad on the eating front but not too much so also didnt workout on Saturday or Sunday so im not discouraged. Going to the gym this evening and for the rest of the week! Feeling great still! And trying to incorporate a fruit breakfast into my day! ;)

still losing, today was a cheat day, i didnt go over my calorie limit but i did eat bad stuff n no workout today but im on the right track! til tomorrow
