Well i went to the doctor yesterday and for the 1st time i kinda got scolded for my weight. I love my doctor and i know she is only trying to help me out and she wants to see me in 6 months about the OBESITY issue. OMG obesity, it was a word i wasnt prepared to hear. It kinda hurt. lol. Not in a make me cry type way more in a "i could die" way. My family has a bad history of diabetes etc so i really need to get this in control. I give my self to the end of August to lose 10 - 15 lbs. I need this for me. Im going shopping today for proper lunch and breakfast, but im going to seriously cut down my food intake, im not going to be so concerned with calorie count more with the food i take in. But im going to make a difference. Since i started i have lost weight. And i havent gained it back, but im at a standstill now. So i gotta make it happen for me. I know i can do it. Its just the lack of trying that has been holding me back. So here i go.

Well i've been all over the place trying to track has become next to impossible. im going to try to do my daily weigh in but i dont think ill be able to do the food count thing. well at least not for the next 2 weeks. but i think ive dont well. not down much but more importantly not up. so just gotta keep on truckin! :)

This is my weight as of Thursday morning. I probably will be away for a while considering i cant work out til next week and havent worked out since before Thursday morning cause i had an ingrown toenail removed. So im not looking at this as a positive or a negative. Just a neutral. Till next time...cant wait to get back on track!

well i went up but not too bad still havent worked out much this weekend nor this week so ill have to make up for it next week. i know that has a lot to do with it. i dont want to be the typical girl and say this but im on my cycle and i think the bloating may have contributed a lot to the weight gain, as well as my lack of motivation to go to the gym. but no motivation lost still loss 10 lbs total and plan to continue going that way. plus next month my bf works days so he is my motivation at the gym, its harder to go when its just me alone cause he is working nights. we motivate each other. ;) until next time

Did really good last night. 2nd day this week i didnt work out but i def made up for it in the food department. im trying to even it out that way. lost more than 10 lbs, i wonder if the quick trim are contributing to that. i like them for energy and they help me sweat when i work out so good news! Until next time!
