The diet starts today! I weighed myself and was shocked to see that my 219.8 from a week ago is down to a paltry 214.3 from just exercise and sensible eating alone.

Next weigh-in will be in 9 days.

You can do it! It is a great diet. I just had my first weigh in and with the diet and regular exercise, about 6 lbs.
