My name is Andy. I am 6'2" and 220 pounds.
I live in Mississippi so I've been around fried and unhealthy foods for my entire life. I'm not "fat" per say, but I'm not a string bean. I've recently decided that I need a lifestyle change, and the fatsmash diet seems to be just the thing to get me on my way to feeling better about myself and living a healthy life.
