We made a variant of this using basa and anchovies instead of cod and prawns. Really flavourful with a definite lemon zestiness. We're looking forward to trying a version using prawns now!
Clarifying on step one, you use ALL the lemon juice and half of the salt (the way it's written it leaves you wondering where half of the lemon juice went).
