TGIF! I'm at 141.4 today, and very excited about it. :) Yet another pair of previously too small jeans are fitting today! It wasn't that long ago that I could only fit in ONE pair of my jeans. Now I have 5 that fit. Still about 5 more that are too small but hey, one day at a time!

I plan on really giving my all this next week to break that 140 barrier and get into the 130's. I don't care if I'm 139.9 next Friday as long as I can say my weight is in the 130's! I haven't been able to say that since fall 2007.

WHAT I'M GOING TO DO TO MAKE IT HAPPEN:
1) Work out 30 minutes a day at least 4 times this week on Wii Fit Plus
2) Drink nothing but water, coffee, and fat free milk
3) Stay within my points and NOT use my "extra" 35 points for the week
4) Go heavy on the proteins and low on the carbs

I'm finding that I'm fuller sooner than I used to be. It's a good feeling.

Of course, it's snowing here AGAIN. Not as bad as the past couple times but still enough to be annoying.

I worked on my taxes last night. I always thought once you bought a house you'd get a BIGGER refund. Unfortunately, I am not finding that to be the case. Oh well. Some refund is better than none!

I read an article yesterday that said keeping a "gratitude journal" helps people develop a sense of well-being. So THANKS MOOSE for giving me the idea to remember a couple things that I'm grateful for each day. :)

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) My best friend visits from Cali in less than 2 weeks!!!
2) My adorable niece and nephew are visiting us on Sunday
3) My fiance got an interview at a bank he really, really wants to work for scheduled for Tuesday :)

Oh wow.... Lucky you!!! Fitting into Jeans that you couldnt fit into from fall 2007 is a great feeling, I finally fit into some jeans I couldnt fit into, But so far its not as big for me until I will fit into those jeans that are my favorites, I hope your Fiance gets the job he wants, and I know what you mean about the House, I baught mine last year and didnt get as much refund as I hoped for... Oh well, What Can I say... Thats life!! Have a great weekend! Keeping my fingers crossed about you being in the 130s!

Lol. I'm right with you on the 130s. This morning my crappy scale (just a needle--no decimals) says I am below 140 but I am not going to call it as "being in the 130s" till it sticks for a couple days. Love that idea of the gratitude attitude! So great that your best friend is coming. Time with good friends is better than just about anything--especially friends we don't see often. Congrats about the jeans! Such a great feeling. You're doin' it!

I love have extra pairs for to small jeans around to measure my weight loss! I COULD just get a tape measure out, but this is much more fun if you ask me!! LOL Great job on the loss and the new jeans - keep it up!!!

That's great having all those choices of jeans to wear. It's really happening for you Chris. Your commitment is really paying off. I like the gratitude journal too. I just may start doing that myself. Enjoy your weekend and great news about the interview. Especially since that's where he really wants to work. We'll be keeping our fingers crossed.

Very exciting report today!!! Good for you!!! I remember those days of being able to wear a smaller size ... it was wonderful. Now I must stay in those jeans!! LOL!!!
