Yay! Today represents a new low weight for me since returning to Fat Secret. Once I rid myself of this last pesky 0.4 lbs I will be on a totally new low for myself EVER since joining Fat Secret last summer. :)
My eating was good yesterday, stayed within my points. Dinner was a little odd-- leftover garlic mashed potatoes and a low fat PB on high fiber bread sandwich.

I hurt my back attempting to shovel myself out of that parking spot the other night before the guys offered to save me so no exercise yesterday. In fact, Salem drove me too and from school so I wouldn't get stuck again. I did do some simple yoga poses but that was it.

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1) New low weight
2) Pay day!
3) A positive review from my boss yesterday

Lol... no mixing of potatoes and the sandwich. Although when I was a kid I actually used to put potato chips in my PB sandwich to make it crunchy!

MMMMMM potato chips in pb&j is still delicious! Congrats on the new low weight, that's awesome. Pay day and a good review-it doesn't get much better than that!
