I tried to have a low day yesterday, I did pretty well. Momo's suggestion to drink lots of water really helped.
Speaking of water, it FINALLY stopped raining here in PA!!! YAY! It is a beautiful morning out there with big fluffy white clouds.
We were allowed to dress down today in jeans and Phillies attire to celebrate the beginning of the post-season tonight! Phillies v. Reds @ 5:07 PM! Should make my commute to my 6:30 PM class quite a pain in the rear (I go right by the stadium).
My weight is down a small bit. I'm probably not going to get to 140 by Saturday when I go to NYC but I'm TRYING my hardest.
Gratitude:
1) Sunny skies
2) Just today and tomorrow to get thru before my LONG WEEKEND starts
3) Weight is dropping

So happy to hear your skies are sunny there. We are still in the rain mode here. You have been doing a great job with your weight so where ever you are by Saturday know that you have given it your all. Sometimes it just takes longer than we would like. Yea for long weekends. I get to see Ashley tomorrow night!!

Thats so funny that your allowed to dress down because of baseball! LOL I wish I could go to back wearing jeans every day - these black pants are UGLY. Anyway, whatcha going into the City for? I'm going in but not till November to take my mom to an authentic brittish / scottish restaurant for her birthday. She was born in Scottland, and this place in the Village is supposed to have the best fish and chips in America. Was even on Throwdown with Bobby Flay and won! Anyway, have a great day, and enjoy the weather!!
