I love the Weight Watcher's core program. Suggestions for lunch especially since the cold weather is coming (I live in Virginia)... make Chili and Soups with Core ingredients. Eating legumes (beans) really make a difference in your fiber intake and I seem to feel more satisfied. I fixed brown rice but after looking at the calories and the fiber I am going back to black beans and pinto beans. Also I don't know if you like yogurt but in one of our meetings we were told that you can mix 2pkgs Jello sugar free white chocolate pudding mix into a large container of Plain Fat Free yogurt...I LOVE THIS with my fruit. Anyway have fun. I started off on South Beach but switched back to Core. I am not taking the weight off as fast because of some prescription medication...but I am making progress.
