yummy! sounds delish. Today I had 2 eggs with some chopped up green pepper and a slice of FF ham in an omelet. for snack i am eating roasted chickpeas right now- they have a touch of cayenne so they are spicy! lunch i will have a salad with grilled veg on top, roasted peppers and turkey with olive oil and lemon. snack this aft will be a cheese string and come cucumber and then dinner... chicken and salad and roasted veg. sorry didnt mean to leave all that on your wall!! glad you are down a pound this am, that is a great start, water or no water! have a great day chris- oh and by the way I bought some light ricotta last night and mixed it with splenda, lime zest and vanilla and it was pretty good- nice dessert compared to no dessert!
