merry Christmas everyone . sorry it's so late. well I only started a few days ago...had the worst Christmas I have ever experienced in my life. My husband's deceased wife's daughter was hear....all went well then the law pad hit the fan. she doesn't respect me as his wife nor that this is our home. (the house we live in has nothing to do with her mom) so guess what I fell of the ban wagon again!
I have not slept for 6 days, tonight will be 7. I may in bed wide awake and by 2 in the morning get up listen to some Godly teachings, worship music and spring clean the house, do washing.......getting my mind set right to start afresh Monday. I use to live Christmas but after this one.....I think it was the last one I will celebrate. I'll he off now till Monday. So wishing you all a lovely next few days, a great new year and I'll be back on Monday

not a weigh in....But just a bit exciting.....yesterday I decided to spoil myself with some new pjs, pyjamas
I look only.at.specials as I can't afford normal prices...none the less the only size they had was large
So I took it. I was surprised to be able.to fit into them
top fits really nicely. shorts are a bit tight but they are wearable....comfy. gives me some.motovation, I have not.worn large clothing of any sorts for years won this is great for me yes I need to loose alot and hopefully soon the pj shorts will become little looser. thinking of all of.you are are on this journey with me.

Was going to weigh in yesterday but felt so embarrassed 're the weight I picked up the past 2 months.....oh well, may as well start somewhere and start again......

Hi All so I have been quiet for a few months....think 2 or three. been going to a chiropractitioner, finding out that I didn't have sciatica but my disk in my spine had moved out. So no excersise and well I didn't stick to my low cal meals. Anyway, I am back and looking forward to starting again. Will do a weigh in tomorrow, think I gained alot oh well, at least a start is a start.

So I've been quiet....fell off the ban wagon. lol will start afresh today and do weigh in Monday. have a super duper day and a fantastic week. rooting for all of you.
