ah, so good to be eating well. had to have caffiene this morning, did well yesterday tho. i just have to get back into the swing of working out again. i think i have time tomorrow - it's a light day at work. i have had too many excuses of things i need to get done at our new office, but i'm psyched to start the weight training. i will do it!!

wow - it's been a over week since i journaled. It feels really good to be back. it was a very exciting week moving into our new space at work, but most of that's done now - just a few details to nail down. My bf and I ate out alot last week and had alot of wine to wind down with and celebrate at the same time. My back really hurts from too much alcohol - I'm looking forward to simple healthy meals once again (and so is he).
9:30 pm - oh, man, kinda did "last chance eating" today while out and about. I don't even want to write the calories down - it was bad. But i did go to Whole Foods and stocked up for the week. That always feels good to have a plan. I really must listen to Renee's podcasts again and get that mindset back of thinking like a naturally slender person. That really works for me.
SUCCESS JOURNAL
1. Got most of what I needed to get done for the bigger office done today. Now I can start devoting some time to my personal life. And, I am motivated once again to eat and be healthy. Too much caffiene and alcohol this past week has wreaked havoc with the joints in my back and also makes me more compulsive. Back to balance is what I want!!
2. Listened to Renee's IOWL podcast today and really liked what she said. I can lose weight on 1500 cal. a day and it is easy for me to do 1400 to 1500 calories a day. I can do this!!
3. I am motivated to start the weight training program again. I even got a comment from Jim Karas on my journal - the author of Cardio Free. I wonder if it's really him or an employee of his..........

I'm so grateful that I didn't gain more weight this weeks - I was eating what seemed to me alot of food. So, maybe my perception of alot of food has changed - I hope so. So, today I'm back and glad to be back.

The last 3 days have been kinda crazy and very exciting. We have moved our business into a big spacious gorgeous space. I have not been paying attention to my calorie count - eating what I want. I'm looking forward to getting back on track.
