Ok starting a new week lets see how good we can follow the plan.

6. 10mins bike, 1hr walking, 10mins palates

If I can do this everyday it would be awesome!!!!

This is the end of my 1st of 10 weeks plan. I did ok. I see some places I need to work on.
1. 2.4 LBS total week
2. 14 netcarbs over for week(work on)
3. avag 4 ser. sweetener
4. 1839 salt day average
5. 448 oz water
6. 1 hr 20mins exercise for week(add more time)
7. 7 Hrs MOM TIME
Looking at these totals for the week. I need to work on lowing my net carbs some. I also want to add some more exercise time to my day. Not bad overall For the 1st week.

Very busy day for me. I had lots to do. Cook,clean,yard work,and played with the coon hounds!!!!

Ok I gained 1.2 LBS today. I know it was my salt intake. When am I gonna learn that I cant have salt. lol Oh well today is better, so back on track.
1. up 1.2 LBS
2. 22.01 Carbs (high)

6. 30mins exercise

Over all Im still on track. I have lost 1.8LBS of my 2LBS weekly total.
