Happy to say a normal fluctuation and nothing big!
Breakfast- 1 egg, egg whites, 1/3 slice cheddar, peppers, salsa, 1/2tbsp coconut oil
Snack- ground turkey, celery, fage
Lunch- ground beef, coconut oil, peppers, 1/4 avocado, salsa
Dinner- chicken, spinach, red wine and olive oil vinagrette
Snack- cocoa crack (2tbsp coconut oil, 1tbsp cocoa, sweetener)

-2lbs after steak day.
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1.4Cup egg whites, 1tbsp coconut oil, peppers, grn onions, 3 3/4ground turkey, 1/3 white cheddar
Lunch: turkey burger (in 1/2tbsp coconut oil), 1/4 avocado, salsa, spinach, red wine and olive oil dressing.
Snack: ground turkey (cooked in 1/2 tbsp coconut oil), 3 celery stalks, 1/3 apple, 1tbsp fage, dijon, 1/2tbsp mayonnaise
Dinner: Turkey, green beans, butter, some almond slivers
Snack: cocoa crack- 2tbsp coconut oil, 2tbsp cocoa powder, sweetener

up .5... Steak day. Someone mentioned with lowering my water to a normal level i may hold onto some water for awhile, since im used to having so much more! Also i think i need more protein. It seems when i back down on the littlest bit of protein i go up.

Up .1, cut way back on water so i think that helped, the rest could just be TOM, so hopefully i go down soon enough
Breakfast- 2 eggs, butter, peppers, extra sharp cheddar, salsa, ground turkey
Snack- Fage 0%, with black berries and 2 TBSP flaxseed
Lunch- 2 jennio burgers, salsa, avocado, green beans
Snack- almonds
Dinner- ground beef, swiss, mushrooms salsa, green onionsm, mayo

Going to try cutting out the Jay Robb protein shake. So i found out i drink way more water than supposed to... i believe my gains may be caused by intaking more than my body can excrete. Drinkin less water this evening and tommorow (about 4-5bottles i usually drink about 10 or more!)
Breakfast- 2 eggs, butter, green onion, red and grn peppers, chicken, salsa
Snack: almonds, apple
Lunch- Ground turkey (coconut oil), green onion, celery, mayo, dijon mustard, fage.
Snack: Fage 0%, blackberries
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts (butter), gruyre cheese, salsa, green beans, slivered almonds
