Almost posted another journal yesterday. I guess I'll go with good news first, and bad news last.

Good news, I didn't plan any meals in the morning yesterday and then plugged it all in right before dinner, I was very surprised to see that my intake was only 1300, and even though carbs were a little more than I usually eat, It was okay. Good to know that I can plan without putting it all in the computer and still stay on track. I think I might do it more in the next few weeks, start out in the morning, then plug all my calories in at the end of the day. I'll still be logging, but I'll learn to be less dependent on FS food journaling which will help me in the long run when I'm able to login, or when I reach my goals and start maintaining.


Bad News:
Was swimming at a Friend's house yesterday and had a sharp pain in my left foot where they removed the cyst. And then last night, my foot suddenly started hurting, and I'm pretty sure that the cyst is back, and it's not just scar tissue. It's aching horribly today and I will have to go back to the foot doctor again about it. :( The knot/cyst is the biggest I've seen it get as well and it swelled up like that from yesterday to today. Doctor appt has been made for Tuesday, the soonest I'll have a babysitter for Jules.

Up. Ugh. More than likely water weight. TOM is due anytime in the next week, so it makes sense. >.< Just hate to see the scale moving upwards.

Had turkey cutlets last night and marinaded then cooked them in White wine, a little low sodium chicken broth, butter, Handful of fresh minced onion, a very large clove of garlic, chives, and a sprinkle of other seasonings from my cabinet. Once the cutlets were done, I reduced the sauce, grated in a little Romano cheese, and it turned out pretty good. My hubby love it! ^.^ I added a little over my turkey. Also had 1/4 cup of wild rice, 1/2 cup of green beans, a mini ear of corn, and 35g of a French Baguette that I toasted. Quite delicious.

One of my friends I might have mentioned is going through a rough time with her husband/maybe soon to be ex-husband. And she's not eating. Says that even looking at food just makes her feel ill. And I'm really worried about her. She's lost 10lbs in the last week. :( And she's happy about the weight loss, but I know it's not good for her. I keep telling her she needs to eat and giving her snacks and since she's sometimes over for lunch, making tasty stuff to tempt her. But she's not budging. If anyone has went through something like this either themselves or with friends, I'd really appreciate some advice.
