Wonder if the new blood typed diet is working tempted to hop on scale.
Last few days may have went over carb allowance hard to find things low in carb to nibble on stuck to almonds and cheese lots of water.
Since starting here keeping to what doctor told me 1000 calories or else the number will not move, Atkins because it suits being typo o negative it will almost be a week sticking to numbers exercise.

I don't feel any thinner except my stomach is less bloated feel better eating less, I have always been a x small top with large bottom, for me I prefer baggier clothes so it would be hard to tell what size I was overall tried on a few older things and they fit albeit snug. Repaired ripped jeans turns out the rip was actual wear mark that turned to a hole I was able to stitch it so it looked normal. Still wouldn't have noticed if the weight hadn't crept up jeans have too much spandex and it's not a good thing it accentuates bottom and encourages saddlebags to form.

Visiting my friends and catching up promised to meet up last Saturday. Everyone is celebrating great news so have to be very careful in mindless eating like a bag of hazel or almonds the carb count in the entire package was undermining everything before, even with working out.
Thinking iceberg salad oil & Vinegar, and turkey patty.
Slipping out to the specialty market for a few items now this is a challenge they have so many impressive candies,jarred jams and jellies, marinated vegetables and my favorite cheese.It is not a big shop but it has old world charm and it's so lovely to look at all of the new things to try.So on my list is cheese, olives, vinegar,hunk of jar tuna,and may consider these cakes for company they are all wrapped and take too much effort to fuss over.Plus you can't smell them. One year my neighbor found out I love this bread cake called pannatone shaped like a lemon, people brought me a different kind every day. Not knowing how wheat effected me I ended up eating most of them alone and they were about 15 servings(possibly 60 gm of carb per serving) and it would be breakfast lunch and dinner for a few days. I know how the weight started with the sweet things and the knee preventing long walks or aerobic activity.Trying to keep at the lower calorie and carb because for me I feel better but have no real changes with figure.
Weather conditions are cold, wet and generally unpleasant.

Sigh not hungry lately, packing stuff for business trip next week, still not sure what to take these days except for the container of whey,a can of coconut milk, wonder if I could boil a few eggs for later not to eat on plane just so I wouldn't have to be bothered with looking food for a while. I can live with instant coffee and scrounge for 1/2& 1/2 definitely taking stevia. The small nightmare is wearing a dress, I have lots of things for night time and dinner but not daylight and it will be hot.
The only one that fits that is light colored chiffon and makes me look like a cup cake.I gave away a few boring dresses that would have accommodated my shape and what is left is things that are suitable for a cruise or sunglasses.
Trying to figure out something exciting for lunch been making coconut soup for lunch with a little cabbage not bad today feels more like something else. Never made it to the store but my friend went for me he brought stuff he could enjoy when he comes over, but the problem is working from home those things are very tempting. For example:love corn chips even though highly allergic the reaction is never worth it, yet contemplating could licking the chip and could it be caloric and if so how allergic of a reaction.Then there is ice cream told him get low carb nope regular. He said I would be less likely to eat the whole thing with regular, sigh more like just as likely to eat the whole thing either way.

Time to go shopping again? Thought bought more than enough for two weeks mainly buying cat food they seem to be happy with Iams.Studing closely at the Atkins schedule and trying to make a week from it letting go of my only condiment Sriacha because, of the hidden sugars which might be slowing things down next week have business travel plans so I have to get what I can take together to take mixer cup and dried whey and a few things like that with low to zero carb. Never enough low carb vegetables...
Rutabaga with butter and olive oil is the only temptation it has high carbs who knew I could eat 3 servings of crackers with the one cup of vegetable! The crystal light seems to be curbing the candy desire so horray.
Most of the time I had been eating things with high carbs in generous portions but not high calorie - Rutabaga in butter with grated red cabbage, hot peppers in olive oil and vinegar,also maybe salmon with this, but thinking about the three cups of rutabaga and two and a half cups of red cabbage plus hot peppers makes me think it had to be about 200 in carb . No wonder why weight had been plateaued/\.
