Neighbor who watches my cats brings tiramisu and wants to talk having a very large cup of tea and smelling the creation. Inhaling the Macaroon can as well to take away the temptation, ate some melted cheese over burner as if a marshmallow. It supposedly has 41 grams of carb in a tiny serving who can stop at a piece that size that means what I would normally consume must have been around 120 on top of other carb soo even a crumb I can just add to by backside and legs. She means well but can't seem to get her to realize how much sugar will set me behind. Will leave soon already late for exercise.

Went for a brisk walk last night, tomorrow in the field hopeful getting back before 3 pm. I made turkey meat balls they are ground turkey 99% lean spices and cooked in olive oil ate one with breakfast today but they have to be less that 1 oz not sure where to log in so little and the cocoa powder in coffee was a tsp not table spoon. Lunch will do the low carb whey see if that starves off hunger because yesterday was rough wanted a macaroon there is another can for company and I opened it when a neighbor stopped by but I put one macaroon in the empty can just to have the fragrance. Starches are my enemy who knew there were so many starches in them potatoes... tapioca.
Dark chocolate stevia was wonderful in coffee with cocoa powder pretended it was a real hot chocolate.

Soo hungry this morning made an additional one large egg one small egg omlette with Jarlsberg cheese then still starving another can of Tuna.
Really wanted a macaroon but just think two has enough carbs to be a candy bar which again smelling the can will do for now. For lunch will add the espresso working from home most of the week again.

Candy heaven resisted the need it is a slippery slope one piece becomes more than I am proud of. Home at last my mother was kind this time around with candy and food so it was much better than recent years. On my feet all day think Atkins causes muscle cramps?
New music should make the work out better last night couldn't finish forgot to take aspirin first and was in pain plus it was nearly 1 am.Dinner is a glass of red wine and cheese melted over a burner nobody was looking pretended it was a marshmallow still a holiday.Humm thank you diet calender I noticed that my shoulders are more lean nothing new on the lower hemisphere. Afraid to look on scale for monday, didn't replace the old one yet.

It seems for the low carb diet need to get under 20 grams of carbs for a week. I do exercise consistently so I think it is possible. I ate a lot more but also did more to balance it out.Upping the water intake usually three 12 oz of water and 1 liter of seltzer. Haven't eaten yet because my refrigerator did not make ice this morning two pats of cream cheese.I still haven't figured out how to motivate exercise in the day. Monday will weigh in see if there is a change but it should I can imagine consuming well over the weight loss carb limit, perhaps holding me back. Fellow dieters are helping thank you
