Tonight is movie night! & Instead of the usual junk food & pizza, we're going to have fruit and veggie trays. I'll probably have a glass of wine, and some fruit, but I'm bound and determined to be good.

I have heartburn, and it hurts! I haven't had heartburn since I was pregnant. So, besides popping like four Tums, and not laying down, what else can you do?!?

Breakfast: two scrambled eggs w/ onion and green peppers
snack: sugar free red bull, two pieces of turkey bacon
lunch: grilled chicken salad
snack: carrot sticks
dinner: kebabs 'cause they're easy! ;)
So... Adam gets home in a week and about three days. Think I can get down to 150???

Running kicks my ass! Haha. I used to run three miles every night, I was barely able to get a full lap with out dying. I'll get back into it!
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs. Coffee w/ splenda and half & half.
snack: sugar free red bull, celery w/ peanut butter
lunch: grilled chicken breast, asparagus
Dinner: ground turkey breast w/ provolone cheese

The good news is I didn't gain anything. The bad news is that I didn't stick to my diet AT ALL today. Heh.
Breakfast: Coffee w/ splenda, half & half
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Banana, whole wheat toast w/ natural peanut butter
Snack: Another piece of whole wheat toast w/ natural peanut butter, LOL.
Dinner: Frozen chocolate banana.
Haha, can you tell I was craving chocolate, bananas, and peanut butter today?!? I swear, birth control pills and periods make me crave the oddest things.
Bah humbug. Here's to tomorrow and fresh starts!
