I'm training in hopes of competing bodybuilding in the next year or so. I started getting back in shape in May 09 doing crossfit twice a week and running 4-5 days a week. Had tremendous success in slimming down, toning up, and increasing my strength...especially when it comes to pushups! :) Now I'm weight training and working to increase my strength and muscle definition. I had started about 6 months ago watching what I eat more, which brought me to fatsecret to get an idea of my daily intake. I haven't been as consistent in my diet calendar, but am getting to the point that I need to be more watchful of what I eat and how it affects my body, so I'm going to work on that. I keep a written journal of my workouts...helps a lot in watching my progress.
