Got through the weekend - have been on track and tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I started watching myself. Hope to continue being on track.

2 weeks! Woohoo! That is so good! You are doing great. It looks like the biggest hurdle is behind you. You've got the momentum to keep going now. Nothing can stop you this time!

That is great to get through 2 weeks. Good Luck to you. My doctor keeps telling me to lose the weight and my knees won't hurt as much. That is my goal and to get off of hypertension medication and cholesterol too. We CAN do it!!!!!!!!!!
