I have discovered that, when I'm so burnt out and sick of the word "diet", I can eat what I want. But only a tiny bit. If I want M&M's, I eat some. But just a handful, and I don't let myself have any more. If I want Doritos, I'll eat 6 or 7 and walk away. Some people can't stop if they start, and if you're one of those people, don't do it. But if you have enough control of yourself to be able to stop, this has helped me feel like I'm living a normal life, like I don't have to be so obsessed about every bite I put in my mouth. And I've continued to lose weight, but I try to work it off that same day if I feel that I've eaten something I shouldn't have.
