Nothing much to report on. Changed the diet a little to incorporate more protein a little before and right after my workouts to help rebuild the muscle tissue I destroy at the gym. Breakfast is still egg whites with one or two yolks thrown in and oatmeal for some long burning carbs and protein to crank up my body after the sleep cycle.

Lunch is generally soup or whatever I can find. I still work full-time so making fresh food or bringing a lunch is a bit difficult so I find the healthiest something available to me.

About 3:30 I'll eat a few slices of turkey for my 4:30 workout. I lift until 5:30 and have a mango and orange smoothie with whey protein and when I get home I generally either eat soup, veggies, or a turkey sammich.

Boring diet? Yes.

Do I care? No.

Because is it working? Yes.

As a sidenote I've enjoyed the entire experience of working out, lifting weights, figuring out a good diet, and helping others lose weight and figure out good workout routines that I'm thinking of pursuing some sort of career as a Nutritionalist or a personal trainer. I constantly get calls, e-mails, and stopped by friends so they can ask me how I did it, what I'm doing, and how they can do it, too. I've already helped my younger sister drop 10 pounds and I'm hearing good things from other friends that I've conversed with through e-mail.

I love it all.
