On my second day of Phase 1. Staying on track down to every detail. Hope this means I'm ready to mean business. I'm getting really tired of quitting. I know I can do this. Hubby is doing it too which helps.

It will get easier....trust me....My husband had to do it...cuz their was no way I was making 2 different meals at each mealtime....He had to jump on board or not eat... ; )
