I know that I am weighing in early but I am going to blow it tomorrow being my birthday I need to celebrate a little. I am not going to make my goal but I am closer then I have been to seeing under 200 in more then 5 years so I am very excited and proud to be where I am at. My only question is when will others start noticing. Noone ever says anything to me. anyone else have this happen to them. I am doing this for myself and noone else but it would be nice if someone would notice.

Hey! Congrats on being almost under 200. I am almost there myself. In looking at your weight history it looks like you have already lost more than me, but I wanted to give you a note of encouragement: one of the reasons I bet you havent had many people notice is probably because you are working out of your home... which probably means not as many people see you on regular intervals. Sounds like you are doing great! Keep it up and happy birthday!

Happy birthday, enjoy your day. As long as you notice the weight loss that is the main thing. Getting under 200 will be a great achievement. I am trying to get there too. Remember to enjoy your day.

Happy Birthday- Your doing a great job. People you see all the time really won't notice the difference for awhile, but I bet if you run into someone that hasn't seen you in awhile they will notice and think you look great!

I have learned sometimes people don't say anything because they are afraid of your reaction....but in the long run you are doing great and you know it! I am sure people are noticing, they just don't know how to go about saying anything. Keep up the great work and hope you have a wonderful Birthday!!!

Happy belated birtday and I had the same problem..I was 280 and got down to 230 and no one said anything...I felt like no one notice until I was 190's. I don't know but getting to where you are now is an awesome achievement and I found that some people are use to seeing you one way and it hard for them to notice a change but they will soon
