Had a great time in Florida. :) I over ate on unhealthy snacks and lots of drinks... But I did try Zumba for the first time. Also did Yoga. I loved walking/jogging on the beach. I could handle doing that every morning. I am so glad I worked so hard to lose the 15 pounds. I felt great in my swimsuit and shorts! I'm going to keep this weight off so next spring I can take my kids there and feel great again.
