Mms - Many thanks for your words to our most recent family issue (daughter's car). We will work it out. I really hope we can find a way to punish this person. I understand she is 18 years old. In Florida, if damage is $400 or more (or if they have a past conviction) then it is vandalism felony with 1) jail time, 2) formal probation, 3) restitution, or 4) community service. I would go for the restitution, community service and formal probation. Don't think jail would help. But if detective doesn't take case or if there is no way to prove this was done by her, we are out of luck. Many thanks for your input. Really appreciate your concern. Have a great day! :-)
