Exercise: The FIRM-HDS, Pilates-BB

I have a couple of dresses that I love so much but couldn't fit in. Some of them have a little give because of material and some don't. I tried one of them last night, and its zipper on the back came up all the way, finally! Well, I should note that it came up but really tight. But still! To tell you the truth, I have this dress for...two years now, and I am so close to wear it for going out. I am so glad. I also notice that my tight-fit T-shirt is snuggle loosely. I really hope I can stay on track and keep my progress. <a href="http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight-3146-143.html?ic=506047">My ideal weight range</a> is 108 to 118.8 lbs, so it's about 6 more pounds to go to enter healthy weight.

I don't like beans and nuts. I don't like all nuts, and there are some beans I don't mind eating. But I decided to give a try for roasted almonds. I got one of Blue Diamond product, and it has cinnamon brown sugar flavor. If I really don't like it, I can give it to my coworker. Then I ate it....and it's not too bad. And it really fills stomach when you drink water with. I won't say it's my favorite, but I can eat it. The next time, I'll try no salt one. It will be really nutty and challenge for me. I'll see.


I know I'm a procrastinator. I'm doing tax filing now, this last minutes, because we've been paying tax last a couple of years. The annoying thing is that I would find one or two transactions my husband did and he'd never told me, and those causes extra works for me. When I ask him questions, he doesn't know the answer most of the time. And guess what? he lives hours and hours away right now, and it's hard to communicate! Ugh! After all my hard work, he is the one complain the result too. *Sigh* Yes, it's my fault too, and I just have to do it. I'll finish tonight and mail it tomorrow! I will!

Today's progress for moving: Set up packing date; talk to landlord and property manager office; get a couple of boxes to organize things.
