Well I'm FINALLY back home. Spent time in TN and ate well, but the past few days I haven't eaten great at all. Now that I'm home - at least for a bit, I hope to eat better and exercise. Haven't made it to the Y today yet, but will try to later. I've got a lot to catch up on around the house and with other things going on.

Glad to be back!

It is so hard not to gain weight when you're away for home! Looks like you didn't do too bad, just a couple pounds, some of which is probably water retention. Giddy up and hop back on and get it goin' in the right direction again! :)
