I'm more excited and definately scared! I wanted to exercise first thing in the morning but I changed it. I will give myself 45 min. to feed dogs, eat something small/coffee, check email and work stuff. After I get that out of the way I feel I can concentrate more on dieting and exercising. It is very difficult for me to put this first.
205 lbs WOW! I don't look it! Or am I lying to myself. 5'8" and 205 lbs my heaviest ever. Only 50 lbs to go. I can do this!!!
