it has been a while since I have seriously tried to loose weight. I have been maintaining and that is great. I have been doing a lot of "fun" eating lately and the weight is starting to creep. I know where that will take me. Time to once again, buckle down and be healthy. Recording food and exercising. Maybe I will actually get that last 10lbs off!
76,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 14,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
