Just this weekend I started the HCG Diet. Weight should be starting to come off soon. First 2 days were gorge days which is the reason the weight went up. It actually was 222 on Sunday morning. But this morning I was down to 216. hopefully this is a good sign.

Congrats on 6 lbs already! I'm on my 2nd round and I've lost 36.4 lbs since dec 16th. This REALLY works! Enjoy watching that scale go down and don't forget to take measurements. They can be encouraging sometimes when you're stalled.

Congrats! That much weight is an awesome start! As mary commmented, it REALLY does work! I lost 28.6 lbs since Feb 13th and I was not a believer when I began. You will do just fine!!!
