Good luck on starting over! I dont live near my center and recently me and my parnter are down to one car so I havent gone in over a week. Ive been doing allot of cheating and having a tough time getting back on track as well. I heard for that take of drink that you can eat 1 cantelope divided into 4 pieces throughout the day or to drink that hollywood weight loss drink or something of that sort. Hope that helps.  

It is one cantaloupe per day, with unlimited lean proteins and green veggies to start over. Once you are back on plan it is the restrictive plan of 6 oz. of protein, 2 lites and green veggies. 

I do one cantaloupe over two days....eight portions. And six oz of lean protein....with unlimited green veggies......... No lites.... 

Well i do 4 oranges per day with 6 oz lean protein, 2 lites, 2 green veggies (not unlimited)and 10 glasses of water. 

Thank you so much everyone. I no longer have any of the lA bars since all of the LA centers have closed down in my area, which really makes me mad. I will try to do the cantelope with unlimited protein and green veggies to start over again. Does anyone know what plan I would be on if I do not have the lites, I was on the gold plan? Thank you...
