Well last Thursday I had a cheat meal. I ate at a Mexican Restaurant - enchilladas, taco, chips & queso then I followed it up with a snickers bar! I didn't do like I always do though and make it a cheat week or month. I got right back on the wagon the next day. The weekend was hard. I think cheating just makes it all the more difficult to get back in your groove but I made it. I am down a couple more pounds so I am thankful it didnt mess me up too bad. I have bought some new jeans lately so I haven't had a chance to try my old ones back on. They still fit as of a few weeks ago. I am hoping when I try them on again they will be lose.

I have been working out on an eliptical machine at the gym. I am so proud to say that I went 20 minutes on it today without stopping.
