Today is officially one month of sticking to my diet! I have lost 27 pounds in a month. I'm so happy and it really isn't very hard much anymore. I feel like the way I am eating is starting to becaome habit and I crave the bad stuff less and less. Super happy!

Ive been doing very well. I haven't had a cheat day other than on Saturdays when we go have catfish king and I eat pinto beans and catfish. I know there's carbs on the breading but I've been able to have that little cheat and still lose 2-3 pounds a week it looks like. I feel great!! :)

Well I stayed on track all thru the weekend and it paid off!!! Im so excited! I keep dreaming that I'm eating all these bad foods then I wake up in a panic!! LOL :D

I just love how the weight falls off during the first week! :) Here comes the weekend and I know I will make it thru! I have so much work to do that I don't think I will have time to even think about eating. Happy Friday Everyone!

Fell off the wagon in May and gained 15-20 pounds. :( I have a serious problem and it's not physical. It's a mental thing for me. I can lose weight once I set my mind to it. One day at a time. Started over yesterday.
