Well I went one carb over in my plan of domination :) Wonder if that is why the weight gain. I do realize one pound can be water so I am not freaking, just, damnit, please go the other way?

I think I did well with my percentages tho, maybe a little low in fat and 2% high in carbs, going to look at what I ate yesterday and seee what I could have done better. The McDonalds salad really threw me for a loop, it was a bit carb heavy, next time, just come home and make my own I guess, or eat a brealess hamburger :)
