Diario de Coverack, 28 nov. 07

Had a "Good Bad" Weekend as friends entertained us on Friday Night, Saturday Night and Sunday Lunch. The Good was the company and the food (I was very careful on what I ate) but the Bad was the Booze. I put on a couple of pounds so during the past few days I have been doubly careful and am back to last weeks weight. But some more good news is that in total I have lost 2 inches of my waist and 1 inch off my chest. Happy days.................
