Have had a few treats here and there since Thanksgiving. Yesterday I drank a ton of cranwater and flushed a lot of it through my system. Got on scale this morn and still the same :)

65,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 17,7 kg. Aún para ir: 4,5 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Good Job! I have been doing the cran water all day along with a epson and baking soda bath.

Warm tub, 1 cup baking soda and 2 cups epsom salt.... soak for 25 mins.
