Okay, yesterday I had 1400 calories. I didn't watch my carbs and pizza for supper wasn't the smartest choice but I lost weight!!! Yay! The day before yesterday I didn't eat so smart but yesterday I really payed attention to portion control and didn't overeat. That gain from 2 days ago is gone and then some. 9 pounds in 9 days! Yay! Happy Dance! :D
