The weekend was a little hard for me. I did very well for the most part though. Sunday night I had peanut butter toast on whole wheat bread but I guess that's not the worst thing I could have ate. Oh and Friday night one of my girlfriends came over and I had a few shots of tequilla but I chased them with crystal light. Won't be doing that for a long time. I didnt drink too much or get sick or anything, I just really don't enjoy drinking that often. I guess I am too old to want to party now. I was pretty much a couch potatoe this weekend but my gym opens up middle of this week. Can't wait! Oh and I am getting a cold or allergies or something. Feel pretty yucky today. My only true weak moment this weekend was when I cooked chicken Rice A Roni for the family. I really, REALLY wanted to eat that stinkin rice! I passed though and that is when I had the toast.

Hi Amanda - good job avoiding the rice! I am back on Atkins w,/my husband,brother and sister in law. My sister wants to try it too. Peanut butter toast wasn't the worse choice ever. Hope you feel better soon.

Okay last time I said "Why didn't I measure myself?" So I measured. I hate to see these numbers but I want to put them here anyways so if I ever lose them they will be in my journal. Calves = 19" Legs, Upper thighs = 32.5" Accross my butt = 55" Waist at the belly button = 43" Waist a few inches below the belly button = 47" Bust = 42" Arms = 16" I really really hate to see that my legs are 32". Even when I was skinny I had big legs. I am very pear shaped but to know that I have 2 32" legs is horrific. That is what my waist should be, not my legs! Am I forgetting to measure something?
