HELP..............
Could anyone offer any advise as I'm a bit disappointed (putting it midly) that I have not lost any weight over the past four days. I started off so well losing 5lb's in the first three days but nothing since!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am in Phase One and am eating a low carb diet but my problem is that as I am away from home alot and I am struggling to eat three meals a day and fit in the snacks.
A normal day over the past few days has been:
No breakfast or very late
A snack at say 11.00 (not if I eat a late breakfast)
Salad in the mid-afternoon
Main meal in the evening
Does anyone think that this may be why I am static?????
Any advise would be appreciated as the next approach will be to hit the bottle.............. OF FULL FAT COKE THAT IS
