I really don't have anything to say...
I want to be focused but there have been so many temptations lately. I think I am refocused. I hope to get below 190 and stay there.

87,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,1 kg. Aún para ir: 12,9 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.
